Signing in
You reach the Platform at its sign-in page with your email and password. If your account is fully verified you'll also enter a one-time code, and if an administrator has asked for it, you'll set a new password before you continue. This page covers signing in, creating an account, two-step verification, setting a required new password, recovering a password, and signing out.
Sign in
- Open the Platform sign-in page.
- Enter your Email address and Password.
- To stay signed in longer on this device, tick Stay connected.
- Click Next.
You land on your dashboard — or, if two-step verification applies, on the code screen (next task).
Note — If the details are wrong you'll see Incorrect email address or password. Never share your credentials — invite the other person as a team member instead.
Note — After too many failed attempts your account is locked for a short while and a security alert is emailed to your address. Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password (below).
Sign in with a verification code
When both your email and phone are verified, sign-in asks for a one-time code.
- After Next, check your email for the code.
- Enter it in Code received, then click Next.
You're signed in and taken to your dashboard.
Note — You can request the code by SMS instead after a short wait. A wrong or expired code shows Please check the code or The code has expired — request a new one and try again.
Set a required new password
An administrator can require you to choose a new password before you continue — for example after resetting your account. When that applies, entering your email and password (and your verification code, if asked) takes you to a password page instead of your dashboard.
- On the password page, enter your New password.
- Enter it again in Confirm the password.
- Submit the form to save it.
Your new password is saved and you're signed in. For your security every other session is signed out, and a confirmation is sent to your email (and by SMS if your phone is verified).
Note — Use at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit and a symbol. If the two entries differ, or the password is too weak, you're asked to correct it. This page is only available for a short time after you sign in — if it expires, sign in again to get a fresh one.
Create an account
- On the sign-in page, click the Sign up link.
- Enter your Last name, First name, Email address and Password, then click Next.
Your account is created and you're signed straight in. The first time, you may be asked to verify your email and phone before continuing.
Important — Use at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit and a symbol. Your name and email can be edited later from your profile.
Reset a forgotten password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgotten password?.
- Enter your Email address, then click Continue.
If the address matches an account, a recovery link is emailed to you.
Note — If you just asked for one, Please wait before making a new request appears — wait a moment before retrying.
Set a new password
- Open the recovery link from your email.
- Enter the Code received, then click Continue.
- Enter your New password, Confirm the password, then click Continue.
You'll see Your password has been successfully reset. You can now log in, and your other sessions are signed out.
Note — Use at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit and a symbol. If the two entries differ you'll see The passwords are not the same.
Sign out
Use the sign-out control in the Platform header to end your session and return to the sign-in page.
